フィードバックを提供するGreat service today after a terrible pre-experience at this place. something we were shocked and upset about. but they could redeem themselves today. thanks to the Paul team, especially anastasia and sarah everything was well performed and hope to get more service in their facility. our meals were delicious, especially the desserts as expected. the service was about our expectations, definitiw 5 stars.
Plain and chocolate croissants here are fantastic and delicious! Food quality is excellent and staff are super friendly! Cappuccino here is also really good.
I usually stop at Paul for a quickie while shopping. As usual, their coffee is good and croissants are amazing. Unfortunately, the quality of their service is declining and the restaurant smelled like burned food.

Post quarantine, Paul’s has opened back for service. So I decided to pay a visit, as it has been a while since I dined out. I was in the Mall of Emirates for shopping and decided to go to Paul’s for a quick bite. I had a great experience and they ensured we felt safe. The place let only less than 50% of their capacity. Only every other table was occupied to ensure social distancing. There were sanitizers in all the tables and they were cleaning the table after each visit. The waiters were wearing masks and gloves. There was a QR code on the table which you could scan to see the menu. To ensure there is no contact with the physical menu. The waiter even instructed on how to remove the mask to be able to eat.
