Metro Diner - Daytona Beach

Kid’s Chicken Waffle was a wonderful portion- hands down best Belgian waffle in the area. Regular butter tasted freezer burnt today but that apos;s not a big deal. Grits were wonderful, eggs were average, biscuit tastes and looks homemade! Packed well. Overall satisfied and will order again :

This place is consistently amazing! The biscuits with Biscuits Sausage Gravy is a favorite. Highly recommend Metro!

Came to breakfast the afternoon, they have huge portions fresh and tasty eating . also the bun and the wad, so delicious to go.

This is my second time here. I have to say this time, the food was excellent. The first time I didn't know what I wanted, and I got the French bath and it wasn't what I thought. But this time I ordered the shepherd cake and it's to die. My wife has one of the numerous salads. She ordered the spicy honey chicken salad and it was also great. We often come back here. One of my favorite things is eating hot and steamy.

I came here on a Monday morning and expected it to be empty, but they were some people there. Looks like normal. I sat at the bar on a bar stool and ordered pancakes and Turkish bacon. The food was good and the service was excellent. My waitress was very nice and I just had a great experience here. Next time I'm in New Smyrna, I'll come back
