Don Vito's Italian - Daytona Beach

Quiet friendly family owned small businesses. We had the pepperoni pizza. I had the Caprese Salad. The chocolate cake was phenomenal. The prices were reasonable and the service was great.

Amazing food and wonderful service! We had the homemade gnocchi, spaghetti and baked ziti. Every dish was perfect Best sauce we've ever had at a restaurant. The waitress/owner was great hilarious and her son was very friendly and attentive as well.

I’m stumped and dumbfounded because I can’t believe how good the food was here at Don Vito’s in Daytona. Chicken Parmesan, Lemon Chicken, and homemade Spinach Ravioli with Vodka Sauce were perfectly prepared with amazing flavor. Very tender chicken for the first two; The Ravioli stuffed with Ricotta Spinach, and Basil in the Vodka Sauce. You really can taste someone’s home when it’s this good. Barbra, the owner, Tells me this is a family business literally son and other family members cooking: “I have three chefs in the back!” exclaims Barbara, the Mom and Master of Ceremonies. And there is no one else there hired as an employee. This is a legit family. And Barbra’s son WILL come out and greet you! PLEASE BE WILLING TO WAIT!! This is a family not hired help! They are going to do everything to make you feel at home but it is going to take some time because it is always packed with people that repeatedly return. Barbra: We were there last night. My family and I visited Don Vito's for the first time this week while traveling. We chose this restaurant based on the excellent reviews we had read, and we were not disappointed. The Italian food was the best we have ever had, and the service was also excellent. The restaurant itself is cozy and welcoming. It is a family-run establishment, and the owners and staff make you feel like part of the family. I had the best Veal Marsala I have ever tasted - the veal was so tender I could cut it with my fork, and the Marsala sauce was incredible. Everything from the warm bread to the house wine was delicious. The portions were generous, so make sure to come hungry. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you love Italian cuisine - you will not be disappointed!

This Italian restaurant is truly the best. Every time we dine here, it feels like we're at home. Barbara and her husband treat us like family, and the food is exceptional - the sauce is unmatched and every dish is equally delicious! Our kids always beg us to drive from Tampa to Daytona just to eat here. We can't wait for them to open a location in Tampa! Thank you for everything, we love you guys.
