The staff is consistently friendly, and the smoothies are delightful.

I had a terrible experience at Smoothie King on Miamisburg-Centerville Road. My son and I went in, and the young lady working there didn't even recognize us when she made our smoothie. I greeted her as we walked by to the counter, but she didn't respond. When she finished, her first words to us were, “What can I do for you?” I asked her if she wasn't welcoming to her guests, and she replied that it depends on what I do. Well, I now know where I won't be spending my money.

I spent over $30 and wanted to change my order to two small and two medium drinks. I handed the cashier a $50 bill, along with the change I had. However, he didn't understand that I was trying to get an even $20 bill in return. All he could say was that I had given him the $50 originally. It was frustrating because he just didn't grasp the concept of the change and the bill. I worry that his register will be off by the end of the night unless they adjust it somehow. Overall, the service felt a bit expensive for the trouble I experienced.

Your employee put an entire cup of sugar in the smoothie..I watched him make it, he couldn't keep his hands out if his hair. Handed me my smoothie said sorry it's been runny. Was working in a hurry otherwise I would have brought it back. Asked if it was his first day since he couldn't seem to figure out what ingredients to add or the ability to put the lid on the blender. Seriously for 7 bucks this is what we get? Never again. The entire cup was sticky as well.
