Penn Station East Coast Subs - Dayton

Still put seasoning on my steak when I didnt want it so it was salty and dry because there was one drop of mayo on it I have had better.

I usually love Penn Station and think their food is delicious, but this time my sandwich was overwhelmed with mayonnaise—so much so that I wondered if the employees were playing a prank. It was falling out in dollops and getting everywhere, leaving my hands messy. It was pretty gross, and I can't understand how anyone could make that kind of mistake.

The fries were cold, as if they had never been cooked or even reheated. The snack-sized sandwich was mostly just bread. The lemonade was okay.

Some of the fries were undercooked, but other than that, everything was good.

The highlight of my travels from the South to the Midwest is indulging in a Philly cheesesteak with grilled onions, plenty of banana peppers, tomatoes, and mayo, accompanied by fresh steak fries and a chocolate chip cookie. This experience in the University of Dayton district on Brown Street is simply unbeatable.
