Hank's At Dayton

My husband and I had lunch there today. Food was good, but our barbecued brisket, which we paid extra to get, was mostly fat and a very small portions. $26 a seemed like a lot for a small cup of soup and a sandwich that was mostly fat and not much meat. I don’t mind the extra charge, but would like a decent portion.

Hank's offers the best steak and cheese substitutes I've ever tasted, surpassing anything I've had at Subway or other places.

The line was shorter than I anticipated, the service was quick, and the food was amazing. My favorite dish is the Cashew Chicken Salad. I liked it so much that I ordered one to take home for lunch!

The food here is excellent—light, affordable fare with a great selection. They offer a variety of specialty sandwiches, salads, and a daily soup. I enjoyed the quiche along with some fresh greens and fruit.

The food is always hot and very quick. The portions are great size. Will go again.
