Firehouse Subs North Heights Plaza

The food is consistently good at this restaurant and the prices are reasonable. The only thing I wish they had were more options to choose from on the menu. Food: 4/5

This company puts the wet tomatoes on the bottom of the sandwich and by the time it gets to your dinner table, the bottom half of the sub is so unbelievably soggy that it's actually impossible to pick up and eat. Who taught them how to make a hoagie? It's bun, spread, meats, cheese, veggies, spread/sauce, bun. Even SUBWAY understands this fundamental recipe. I paid almost $30 for food that I literally couldn't eat. Maybe firemen should put out fires and not make sandwiches???? Service at the restaurant was good, no complaints there. The problem apparently lies with the company standards.

Arrived on Friday at 2-3 mins until 9 pm and door had no close time. They said sorry closed even though door was open. Wont go back.

The experience from me and the other two people I ate with was about the same. The subs were quite tasty, and I had the Jamaican Turkey sub. The soup, in my case chili, was just okay. Despite everyone getting different things that trend stayed the same. Worth going to for the subs though, with a special note that the bread is better than most places.

I love dining at this restaurant. They no longer have daily specials and the last time I visited, the air conditioning was broken. However, the food is top-notch, I give it a 5 out of 5 rating.
