Bad experience at this restaurant. The coworkers and manager were unhelpful when they got my order wrong, and they didn’t make any effort to fix it. I would rate the food 2 out of 5.

Overall, my experience at this restaurant has been positive, but our last visit was disappointing. When my partner and I drove through, we received the wrong fries, and our hamburgers were undercooked, with pink in the middle. Unfortunately, we didn't check our food until we got home, so we called to complain and inquire about a refund. It was quite disappointing, and when I spoke to the manager in the morning, she only asked me why I was unhappy. I found her response to be unprofessional and rude.

It took about 25 minutes for our food to arrive, and now my girlfriend and I are feeling quite sick. This experience has really affected our night and the following day. I would rate the food 1 out of 5.

Hamburger was good, the pommes were okay, a reason why they appear cold.

I've picked up more than a few orders from this place and Everytime I go I catch the workers eating people's food and kicking their fingers then putting condiments on other food without gloves without watching hands?
