フィードバックを提供するHorrible service inside,30 plus minutes to get a hamburger. Lost mine and other customers orders apparently drive thru is priority over dine in.
We had ordered two medium Frostys and a Sprite, but when they handed us the food, the staff member returned to singing loudly. After a brief drive home—less than ten minutes—we discovered that my husband’s hamburger bun was as hard as a rock, the fries were also rock hard, and we couldn’t even drink our Frostys. Unfortunately, this level of service seems to happen all too often.
I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru line. When I finally reached the window, they informed me that they weren't accepting card payments and were out of Frosties and cookies. There was no indication anywhere that they had stopped making Frosties, which was the main reason I came.
Used the drive thru, the food was delicious. The breakfast was a great addition to the menu.
Fast food not at all. bad management, terrible customer service, employees cussing at each other, will not be back
