Ihop - Dawsonville

Our server was outstanding! It was Father's Day, and from what we heard, she was short-staffed. Despite this, she continued to work with a cheerful, positive attitude.

The staff at this restaurant seems unmotivated. They were too focused on their phones and not attentive to their work. I walked in but left shortly after because they didn’t acknowledge me or greet me. It felt quite unwelcoming. However, if you go to a different place, you'll find friendly employees who are ready to assist you promptly.

The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I just wish there were more options for French toast and crepes.

I need to pick orders from here to deliver customers. 8/10 of them calls me to complain that their food is either cold, or missing items, or it is simply wrongly prepared. I declare to the customer that the bags were sealed when I picked them up, I can't open them, so I suggest they call the restaurant explain their problem, I would go back to get it. When I went back, one of the employees told me that it was my fault not to open the bag to check the food went away, not even try to fix a problem they did. Noi, if I go in to pick up an order, they leave the bag boxes open. I feel very uncomfortable to eat something like that, just walk in. I've already complained to the company I work for them, no more orders from them.

Had a great time Saturday morning..! We ate great food! Our waitress was Super Nice.... AND EVEN THOUGH IT SEEMED VERY BUSY.. We were seated quickly.. and served quicky!
