Domino's Pizza - Dawsonville

I personally witness the manager offer excellent customer service while under the pressure of a busy Friday or Saturday night. the pizza is good.

A great hot fresh sausage mushroom load stop. a very nice lady made a good pizza for me.

Crystal ensured that my order was correct and I got the best deal possible. she really went beyond and beyond, and the pizza was delicious as always.

So I ordered it online, place and wait until my phone said it was ready. They said it was more time so I waited 30 extra minutes and went to pick it up for them to tell me that there was no job for me, although I had on my handy and they found it before the hand. I got my money back and went to johnnys instead of where they did the same job in 15 minutes. better quality and faster at the same price.

I ordered delivery about 7:30 pm using the app. I used the tracker on my app. My pizza took forever to be made, and then it notified me that it was out of the oven. It sat for more than an hour waiting to be sent out for delivery. After more than an hour later, I heard nothing back so I called to make sure my order wasn?t lost... the girl who answered told me my pizza was still warm and that the driver was leaving with it. Half an hour later he shows up, hands me the slip to sign, avoids eye contact, no apology, and it?s a very awkward exchange. The pizza is stone cold and the toppings are sparse, when I paid for extra toppings. It?s now 10:00 and I just now got my pizza and when I ordered at 7:30. I?ve worked in food service, so I understand having a busy night, but they didn?t do anything to try to fix this situation. No discount or replacement offered. I had to use my toaster oven to warm up the pizza enough for my family to eat. When I?m paying $20 for a pizza, it should be better than a frozen pizza. The quality of this pizza left much to be desired. If I had made a frozen pizza at least I would have gotten warm pizza in much less time. I will not order from this location again after this experience. I will use Papa Johns from now on.
