Why is the inside orders not given any priority? The front counter person is the SLOWERST of all workers

They have the nicest drive thru people I’ve encountered in years. I enjoy going there

Closed at 9:50 as i was trying to order : i waited 5 mins at the com, a worker responded asking what i wanted to order and then never spoke again. very disappointed

I live across the street from the bojangels in Dawsonville. My last 2 visits I ordered a family box online showed up, stood there for 10 minutes saw the manager with the door open in the back on a personal call smoking a cigarette stood there for 10 mins with no other employee in the store then walked my happy butt around the store in the pouring rain to ask if my order was ready. Last visit I ordered a Cajun biscuit meal and the botato rounds. He asked what I’d like for my large drink I said sweet tea. Then he said my total was almost 10 sir how is my total almost $10 when it says $5.39 on the screen he says you don’t want it large sized anymore? At what point did I ask it to be large size? Ya know what if you can’t even take my order how are you gonna serve it right then I left.
