Igloos On The Pier - DAWES POINT

Due to the current restrictions, the igloo was set up on the Level 2 balcony, offering a stunning view of the harbor. It was simply beautiful. The staff was efficient and very friendly. The setting was lovely and provided some fantastic photo opportunities. We were able to place our order directly through the bar with a convenient tablet service delivered right to the igloo. With a private bathroom and a cozy setting just for us, it turned out to be a perfect night.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I made a reservation two months in advance, only to find out that we weren’t going to be accommodated as promised. The service was appalling! We were offered an inferior room for the same price. Why was that the case? The staff attempted to impose extra charges on us, and it seemed like they didn’t even understand their own policies. I am extremely disappointed!
