Pho 79 has expanded from this one location to at least 3 other stores, so they are doing something right. The menu is somewhat limited compare to other Vietnamese, but food is delivered fast and fresh, even if not with the best service. One time I asked for bubble tea and they told me they were too busy to make it. : Pretty good pho and with not a lot of competition around, it has remained a popular option.

Friendly service, good food. The Bao were amazing. The drinks are heavenly.

I just finished eating at Pho 79 for my second time. I like to give a restaurant a couple tries too see if the 2nd time is better or worse. Well the second time was worse!! I ordered Pho of course and was supposed to receive 3 different kinds of meats in the soup. I had just one. When I asked about the different meats the lady that takes the order said that 's the way it is in broken english. I 'm not sure if she understood me. I was served 1 glass of water and then the soup and no one came to ask anything after that. They wanted to charge me 18% tip and I ask way?? You gave me a glass of water that 's it. No service at all But it was the attitude. She was angry that I even asked about the tip and said in a voice that people could hear, You American 's. She was rude, the restaurant cheats you own the Pho. I would not recommend this restaurant when there are so many good Pho places around. I chose poorly

I had the pho seafood and it was absolutely delicious. Broth was on point to where you didn’t need any sauces. Nothing fancy. Just good eats. Reasonably priced. Service is ok but typical for a Vietnamese restaurant.
