Center (in Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood)

Hard Rock Cafe.... Excellent service! Nick was excellent.

We arrived at The Hard Rock at 3:30pm. We had won a package/concert get away. When we checked in Nicholas informed us that the room had not been paid for. We held the confirmation in our had and knew different. His comment was “ there isn’t anything for free”. We contacted our person and she assured us that indeed the room was covered and would get with the front desk ASAP. The room was $900.00 a night. We went to the bar and had a drink while waiting for the hotel to get it together. About 1/2 hour later Nicholas came over and said that he was going to check us in and use the card that was on file (from the travel agent) to make it work for us. Great idea Nick!! We finally got to our room with the beautiful view of the parking garage and AC units. Dinner was alright. Service was good. Next morning we had breakfast at Rise. Service was below average. We had to sit with our backs to the window as they said they had no batteries to operate the blinds and the sun was bright. Food was hot and ok. It was delivered with a crash onto the table with little attention paid to who ordered what. There were only two of us. Not a hard concept. They may want to give the place a good dusting or get those blinds fixed. It had not been cleaned in quite a while. I equate the entire experience to a terrible Carnival Cruise. If that’s the vibe you are looking for then this place might be for you, minus the unkept surroundings.

Great atmosphere also many nice restaurants to choose from. Love playing the slot machines as well.

Incredible Hotel ! So beautiful! Free Parking ! 24 hours casino! Super security! Every night at 9:00 have a free light show . Go out side the hotel, sit and enjoy ! In side the hotel, next the front desk, there is a amazing water show . There is a many restaurants, my favourite is RISE, the service is amazing, the food is delicious and the workers are super nice, specially JORGE ! The rooms are so comfortable! The showers and the bed is fantastic! Enjoy the pools, listen song under the pool, the sounds is better than above the pool.

'Everything under the same roof... '! Great service, wonderful restaurants..., and for those who like to gamble, all the opportunities that you can imagine!
