Village Corner Deli - Davenport

I visited from the city and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the regular (New Yorker) Reuben, the smoked turkey Reuben (which comes with a shiny sauce instead of herb), and the Italian Stud – all of which were delicious. The bread was flavorful and the meat was incredibly tasty; the cooked turkey was the best I’ve ever had. The house-made chips were top-notch and delicious. This no-frills, order-at-the-counter place is just what everyone wants more of!

I really enjoyed the food here. The Italian Stallion was excellent, and I would love to try more.

I was truly amazed! This is the best sandwich place I've ever been to, and their soup was incredible as well. Despite how busy they were, I didn't have to wait long for my order. The service was great, and the staff was very polite!

Super sweet business. my sandwich was thunfisch and not great, but the chicken salad sandwich is the bomb. excellent service.
