The bartender was excellent at making recommendations.

We enjoyed a private room filled with wine bottles, which came with a minimum spend of $200. That wasn't an issue since there were six of us ready to have a good time. This restaurant is definitely geared towards a more upscale drinking experience. If you're looking for a place to grab a beer and catch a game, this isn't it. It's perfect for a romantic date or a nice evening out. The service was excellent, and the owner even stopped by later to recommend some wonderful wines. We were treated exceptionally well, and with a tab exceeding $550, it's no surprise! Overall, it’s a fantastic spot, and we will definitely return.

The R Bar has a wide selection of Bourbon and Rye Whisky! The staff is very good about high quality bourbon, and very friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Unassuming from the outside, wonderful on the inside! The interior decor elevates it above a neighborhood bar and the size lends itself to an intimate drink or get-together with friends. I was introduced to R Bar at a private party and it is PERFECT for a group of 30-50 for a birthday party, shower, retirement party, etc. Expect to see the owners on site, making sure everything runs smoothly. This place is a gem!
