Domino's Pizza - Davenport

My order went from quality control to complete so quickly! However, I was left waiting for 15 minutes before they delivered my food to my car. The restaurant had a commercial stating that if the wait time exceeded 2 minutes, customers would receive a free pizza. I am not upset about receiving the free pizza, but rather disappointed that the advertisement was misleading. If the commercial promised a 2-minute delivery, then my order should have been completed within that time frame to qualify for the free pizza. This feels like deceptive advertising.

I recently purchased a large pizza with three toppings and when I got home, the dough was undercooked. I paid $22 for this pizza, which used to cost $7.99 before and during the pandemic. As a chef with 30 years of experience, specializing in Italian cuisine, I found this experience disrespectful. This will be my last time ordering from Domino's.

They don't know everything about costume service. when we did the tracker, he said that he was delivered and I think they only did it to have false statistics. we called and said in ten minutes. After 30 minutes we called again and asked to speak to the manager. the person said we have to wait 10 minutes and he was very rude.

This place is terrible! when they call the load, they get a call center that knows nothing. when they go the load after hours, they are asked to pick up is closed and use the app. if they use the app, it can not find their address and tell them to pick up. spent 30mins of my life trying to do the most basic thing (the pizza order) and somehow it makes domio impossible.

Awful experience. I ordered pasta bowls for delivery and they arrived almost empty. The manager was not receptive when I called to complain.
