Mithi Resort And - Dauis

We booked a table in their restaurant. Its 15 of us were going to dine it. We took my dad for a day out and hes on a wheelchair. As soon as we arrived in the hotel, my dad needs a toilet and theres is no toilet in the reception area. So we asked if they also have a toilet in the restaurant, they also said NO. They pointed the toilet outside near the pool but the downside is there is not disabled toilet either, no ramp for the wheelchair, if its raining guest will be soaken while on the way to the toilet as theres no cover. We have to find another way. My dad cant walk as hes had a stroke. We were all disappointed with the hotel. Its terrible that even the restaurant doesnt have their own toilet. Of all the hotels i have been, Mithi Resort and Spa is the first hotel that is not wheelchair friendly, no disabled toilet, not suitable for older people. Very very disappointed. This hotel only for people that are able to walk up and down the stairs. Foods are good, we enjoyed it, staff are lovely. Overall experience for me is unsatisfactory and i dont think we will go back. I wouldnt recommend this for people that on a wheelchair or older people that is high falls risk.

Very pleasant experience. I saw some reviews that their shuttle service delayed or charged extra, but that didn’t happen to us, The shuttle bus arrived at the seaport on time to pick us up, and it was completely free. When we left it was waiting 20 minutes earlier at the lobby. The restaurant is good and foods delicious. SPA service professional and relaxing. The beach and swimming pool is not crowded and water is crystal clear. The seaside had so many tropical fish fry swimming. Villa is a little old but kept fine for us. WiFI signal is strong.

Great sea view, maybe that 's the only advantage Mithi has. The washroom door in our parents room was broken, my mom stuck inside for 15mins. They don 't allow outside tuk tuk enter, but there is only one golf cart in the resort. So when we went back to Mithi, we waited in rain for 20mins at the entrance. Finally, there is no house keeping if you didn 't request it.

Love this place. it is a natural wonder of Panglao. They have the most beautiful infrastructure on the island in my humble opinion and have potentially great amenities. It´s a shame the bar is neglected a little, seems rundown a bit. Besides , I paid more for a glass of wine than the cost of a bottle of the brand they were serving me, which was very disappointing. The bottle costs 400 php and they're charging 455 the glass, served in a water goblet.

Private villa with a very relaxing atmosphere. If you want to go to Bohol to have some serious R&R this is the place to be. This is definitely not the place to be if you want to get drunk and rowdy. The massage I got from the spa however was very disappointing to say the least. It is not worth what I paid for. The Swedish massage was not even close to mid pressure since there was no pressure at all. The best part was the hot towel at the end of the session.
