Rouge - Dauin Pilipinas

This deserves repeating. Stay away from this clip joint. Went here for Valentine 's day. We were blind sided by a Pre-fix menu the day before assuring we could not get reservations at another place. We were told there would be great jazz piano but only a recording was played. Food was lukewarm, not hot. Generally a marginal meal at a price. I will not go back, and after reading this, you have been warned. I posted my issues with Rouge on Open Table... the owner 's reply? LOL So my bad experience has him Laughing Out Loud . If you go there, he will be laughing at you too. Top 10 ? Maybe top 10 rip offs!

Food should improve drastically it is a warm beautiful atmosfere but the food should get a little more variety and detail

I have no idea how this restaurant gets so many good reviews. The atmosphere is great but the food isn't so good. The choice on the menu is so little. I was sick after eating there. By the way, I am French so i know what I am talking about plus I worked for so many years in a French restaurant in NYC where singers, actors and the Kennedy's were coming to eat!!!

The food here is generally good, but I don't think that the very high prices match the quality. Additionally, all three servers we interacted with (all of the servers working in the restaurant that evening had very bad attitudes, which makes me think that the management is probably bad. (In particular, the older waiter who sat outside the entrance smoking and letting his cigarette smoke come into the small restaurant was remarkably rude and sarcastic. I would give four stars for the food, but the service is bad enough to warrant at least one less star.

Expensive but good and atmosphere is excellent. Dining experience.
