The service here is consistently outstanding! The staff is always friendly. This has become my favorite coffee shop of all time!

This is the best little drive-thru Tim Hortons I've ever experienced! While all Tim Hortons locations offer a similar menu, there's something uniquely special about this one. The food and drinks are excellent, but what truly stands out is the wonderful staff. They are fantastic with their customer service, and I genuinely look forward to visiting every day. What an amazing team!

I really dislike that the first thing they ask her is about reward points or the Tim Hortons app. It's already difficult to understand people through the loudspeakers, and I just want to place my order without having to hear them promote their rewards program. This issue isn’t just at the Wyse Road location; it seems to be a problem across all Tim Hortons. Please stop—it detracts from the experience every time.

Ordered 2 hot Lattes, completely messed up my order. they gave me cold Lattes. And even after asking, I waited for almost 5-7 minutes to have my right drinks.
