フィードバックを提供するTim Hortons staff don't know that you have to shake plant milk and nut milk. I ordered a muffin with butter but received only the muffin.
I am very upset right now as I write this. My mother got sick in the food court and needed to have crackers to help get something in her stomach. My father went to buy some crackers and also ordered tea. Not only were they rude about the crackers but they also couldn't get the tea right he got coffee instead. As I was upset about this I went to request a manager and get the order fixed but told there was no manager. So now I am left with writing this review. It may fall on deaf ears it may be heard but customer service was horrible and not friendly.
This seems to be the only Tim Hortons that provides customers with non-warm coffees. Over the past month, I had two such coffees out of four orders, a 50/50 probability.
Talk about sad people working there. Mr. Horton is rolling in his grave. If you don't like working there then go find another job, cranks!
I just want to apritiate Maria a lot. She handled everything alone today while her colleague was on break. It was for a long time and she managed alone cashing/serving all while remaining calm and friendly. Thanks a lot again Maria, you are very young yet so mature.Also I really think the management should do a better job in hiring more staffs, specifically on such busy days. Long lines is way too difficult to manage by 1 person alone!
