フィードバックを提供するAlyssa was our server, and she was fantastic! My entire family felt relaxed and welcomed. Overall, the food was quite good. I particularly enjoyed the sushi. However, the Hibachi Steak was a bit tough and didn't seem like the Sirloin Steak that was advertised. The broccoli was delicious, but the zucchini was a little bland. I also missed the traditional Hibachi presentation that I've experienced at other restaurants. They turned off the grill, and there was no onion volcano or food tossing. Despite these issues, Alyssa's excellent service and the decent food have convinced us to come back.
I can see where the customers are coming from, but it's important to also consider the business side of things. I highly recommend trying the Hibachi soup and Pork Gyoza. I ordered the Sirloin Steak with Chicken Hibachi. My first impression was that the chicken could use a bit more seasoning, the rice was slightly cool, and the steak was a little tough. But overall, the various food components worked well together. The staff was genuinely excellent, and as someone who has dined in several high-end restaurants, like Gordon Ramsay's in Boston, I believe they deserve more recognition than they often receive online. I understand the feedback, but perhaps revising some policies could lead to a more positive customer experience. For my part, I really enjoyed my time with the staff and felt satisfied with the meal. The Hibachi soup is a must-try, especially if you're a fan of mushrooms and crab. My partner also enjoyed the drinks. I would definitely return.
The food is decent, but the Hibachi experience is quite lacking. They don't incorporate any of the entertaining elements typically associated with Hibachi dining, which is disappointing. I'd prefer to go to a different place where I can enjoy all the excitement and flair usually included in a Hibachi meal. Unfortunately, the food isn't good enough to make me stay despite the dull Hibachi performance. In short, I’ll come here if someone else wants to, but if I’m looking for a true Hibachi experience, I’ll choose another restaurant.
