We were in a hurry and decided to stop by Bluewater on our way home. I ordered the vegan lentil soup, which had a delicious flavor, although it was a bit lumpy, which was a slight turn-off for me. However, the other dishes were absolutely fantastic! The baba ganoush was incredible—seriously, it was that good—served with fresh mint and pomegranate seeds. The hummus was topped with chickpeas and came with warm pita bread. We also tried falafels with pickled vegetables and tahini, as well as Batata Harra (spicy potatoes). I was really impressed with the food. Even though it’s located in a shopping center, the decor creates a completely different atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience, and the service was quick and friendly.

The food was good, but the server made sarcastic remarks about being vegan. I don't think I'll return.
