Dunkin' - Darien

I visited the restaurant and ordered some drinks along with a chocolate croissant. The interior looked clean and inviting, and it wasn't busy at all during my visit.

The staff is well-trained. When a mistake occurred, it was promptly addressed and rectified.

I visited on a Tuesday morning, and two girls were really causing a scene at the registers. They were very demanding, but no one was taking care of their needs, and I really needed my items too! They had apparently picked up an online order and placed a separate order for their team. Despite the chaos, the staff stayed calm and managed to serve everyone within 10 minutes. The girls even reached behind the counter to grab things that weren’t ready yet, which was a bit unsettling. However, the staff remained quiet and professional throughout the whole situation. Kudos to them, and by the way, my coffee was perfect!
