Cold Stone Creamery - Darby Township

I've eaten my fair share of cold stone, I love how creamy the ice cream normally is. This cold stone was absolutely horrible. Got the strawberry blonde like I always get. The ice cream lacked flavor, didn't have the creamy taste at all, and had an acidic taste to it. Do not eat at this coldstone. The Asian lady in the cold stone seemed extremely rude.

Ordered online with their app a week ago. I never received my order. I contacted store and Doordash to put in a complaint. Store clerk refused to give a refund and blamed Doordash. Doordash said in their policy store is still responsible for refund. Either way both companies employees where being petty and I the customer was left with no ice cream or a refund. I whom placed two orders $60 worth) of ice cream that night. I understand not wanting to be at fault, but at the end of the day if your company partnered with the other for deliveries that still makes you liable. It's poor business to neglect the customer.
