Brü Craft Wurst - Darby Township

We had a table for 8 to celebrate a birthday at BRU. Everything was good except for the service. The waitress took 10 mins to come by the table initially and it went downhill from there. We had to wait another 30 mins for her to come back for food orders. Food came out in a reasonable time, but we were missing the birthday girl’s dinner. The waitress did not come back to check on us until she brought the check. I had to go up and tell her at the kitchen that the dinner was missing. She did apologize and comp us for it but, it was a disappointing experience.

Smash Burgers were a hit, but the schnitzel and spätzle were just ok and pretty greasy. Our waitress was very nice, but hard to find when we needed her. A great place for young people, it was very loud inside and the bar scene looked fun if you were in your 20s or early 30s.

The atmosphere at the restaurant was very upbeat and energetic. I highly recommend the smash burger. It was a huge hit at our table along with the order of wings we got as well! Service was top notch!

First time trying it; food was excellent; service was friendly. Will definitely be back!

So loud we couldn’t hear each other talk. Was sat outside even though I had a reservation inside but honestly would have been even louder inside. No service for about 20 min after we sat down and went down hill from there. Food was good but the service and atmosphere was awlful
