Chick-fil-a - Daphne

I took my kids there. It was super crowded and slow service. Most people were ordering and leaving, most likely because the floors and tables were dirty. The place smelled unclean. Deapite the long wait, I give it a positive two stars as the staffthere at the front who took the order were professional and friendly. Kids liked the food but I noticed the chicken sandwicheswere dripping with water because the lettuce leaves were wet. Anyway, my review won?t prevent people from going there, but assomeone who cares for cleanliness and order, the place face miserably on those merits alone.

Food was fast and hot. Devon was incredible. Very polite. They were extremely busy and he never got rattled. He addressed everyone with a big smile and respect. Kudos Devon! Keep up the fantastic job.

This location has deteriorated rapidly. It's evident that they are understaffed, which is not typical for Chick-fil-A. This points to poor leadership and management. I've visited this place several times recently, and each time I waited over 30 minutes for my food, with one visit taking as long as 45 minutes. This problem began about a month ago. Please address these issues, and I’ll consider updating my review.

The Daphne location consistently leaves me feeling satisfied. It’s always clean and well-maintained. The staff is well-trained, courteous, and eager to assist. I’ve never encountered any problems with my orders either. They truly excel in every aspect at the Daphne location. You'll definitely enjoy your visit!

This will be my last visit to this restaurant. I recently moved to Daphne and live just down the street, so I've found myself here out of convenience since there aren't many dining options available. Unfortunately, the food has consistently been disappointing. I’ve never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until I moved here. The fries are always limp and taste stale, and the sandwiches are frequently dry. I've tried coming in on different days and at various times, but I’ve reached my limit – you’ve really ruined Chick-fil-A for me. To top it off, your delivery person left my food on the ground in a torn bag.
