Togo's - Danville

Purchased a turkey and Swiss on sourdough with everything on a Wednesday and the bread was so dry/hard I had to throw out the bread. $12 after tip for a couple pieces of turkey and Swiss is unacceptable; will not be back.

My friend and I both ended up with food poisoning from this Togo’s, and it knocked us out for almost two days. I've never written a negative review before, but this experience was really difficult.

Update 5/10: I was contacted by the store owner regarding my order. He took the initiative to address the issue and mentioned that he would discuss the errors with his staff. He also processed a refund for the incorrectly made sandwiches without me needing to ask. I appreciate the proactive customer service in rectifying this situation, which is why I've decided to change my rating.

Wonderful place to eat. We like the assortment of breads and meat selection. Hit or cold sandwiches it’s plenty full. Get chips and a drink to go. Prices are reasonable.
