Subway - Danville

I ordered in the app and then got a call that they put the wrong cheese on. They had to remake it because I can't do pepper jack. When I picked it up my sandwich was cold it had been toasted but was cold and it was the wrong bread. There was enough mayo to make 3 sandwiches. I asked for my onions and banana peppers be toasted on my sandwich they were cold. My drink was only about 2/3 full. I will not order again.

This was the worst subway I've ever eaten at. My family got four sandwiches and 3 of the 4 were as hard as a hockey puck. My sandwich in particular was a meatball on white bread and the meatballs were ice cold and hard as as rock. I just want to know how in the world does this subway have a rating above a 3 star and how do you screw up a subway sandwich?

I freaking order a simple sandwich on the app and it was just terribly made. It really made my day bad. I asked for mayo and there was barley any like literally barely any. So I had to use my own mayo and add it on their, freaking disappointment. Thecheese I asked for was not the one I got. I will just not be ordering mine on the app anymore because it came out bad. I?ll haveto go inside and order it and watch the amount they put on their. SMH! This was yesterday around noon

This was the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. My family ordered four sandwiches, and three of them were as hard as hockey pucks. My sandwich, a meatball sub on white bread, had meatballs that were ice cold and rock solid. I really want to understand how this Subway has a rating above three stars and how it's possible to mess up a Subway sandwich so badly.
