Fazoli's - Danville

I was delighted to hear my coworkers showing kindness to one another, checking on customers to ensure they had everything they needed, and just being genuinely nice all around. While the food was great, it was the attentive staff that truly made the experience enjoyable and brought smiles to our faces. The freshness of the food was remarkable; everything tasted as though it had just come out of the oven. Although there was a bit of a wait, it was absolutely worth it when I took a bite and found the dough perfectly cooked, light, and delicious. I don't mind a short wait for restaurant-quality meals any day. The family meal was more than enough for us, with leftovers to spare, making it a fantastic deal too!

This restaurant strikes a wonderful balance between fast food and traditional dining. You can choose to eat inside or use the drive-thru. The interior is generally clean, although the restroom could use some attention. The staff is friendly, but they often appear to be short-staffed in the dining area, so you might have to go to the front for assistance. They do offer a digital menu, which allows you to order and pay directly, making it convenient if wait times for servers are longer. I really enjoy the food here; it’s flavorful and the portion sizes are reasonable for the price.

I went here for dinner tonight, staff was oh so friendly! There was a line all the way around the building so I go in to order and I had been waiting for 10 minutes (order was large due to family) when this host came out (not sure of name) he had glassesand red hair he said he filled in for all the stores and he gave me a refund because I had waited at that point atleast 30minutes! I just want to say what a nice, young gentleman he was and what great customer service I had received from him! 100%recommend????

In my previous review, I mentioned that while the food is tasty, there was always something missing. This is now the second time they forgot to include the breadsticks in my order. Last time, about a month ago, we were missing not only the breadsticks that came with the order but also the additional ones we had requested. Today, after waiting in line for what felt like forever and driving all the way to Stanford, we got home only to find there were still no breadsticks! We had decided that this would be our last visit due to multiple issues, including missing items and incorrect orders, despite staff correctly repeating our order when handing it over. The ongoing problem with the breadsticks has become incredibly frustrating!

Excellent and amazing service delivered by Joshua, an outstanding and superb employee deserving of commendations and a raise. The food was delicious and the overall experience was at a higher level of standards that I've come to expect from this Fazolislocations, in no small part this is due to the experience delivered by the employee Joshua who carries himself with a mastery ofhis craft, exemplary service skills, an infectious positive attitude that makes you smile and want to return for another meal.I've been at this Fazolis before and noticed a drastic difference in performance when Joshua isn't working there, typically theservice is slower, the atmosphere is dense and unwelcoming, and the restaurant is quite dirty. The food likewise just doesn'ttaste as good. Experience is everything, if a guest experience isn't superb then the food, no matter how delicious, will sufferas a result.
