Le Damius - Dangé-Saint-Romain

Late arrival at the hotel and on a closing day, the owners welcomed me with no worries The dinner was perfect and even surprised by the quality of the products, very good presentation and excellent homemade cuisine. I just had one fear, it was the presence of the station, ultimately a good night because the trains no longer pass after 10 p.m. A perfect and hearty breakfast. Be careful, don't choose the wrong hotel, because the one on the main street should be avoided, expensive and the catering leaves something to be desired. I would return without worries

I would like to point out that the restaurant has been closed for approximately 8 months.

I had smoked salmon entrée, with a little chevre cheese and chives. My main was pork medallions with a selection of beautifully prepared vegetables. My desert was a pear filled with chocolate mousse served with a meringue and a fresh strawberry. The wines we selected were good, too.
