Hungry Jacks Pty Ltd - Dandenong

I visited this Hungry Jacks on January 6, 2020 around 5:00pm. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a double whopper with cheese in a large size. When I got to the window to pay, I asked the girl to make sure my food was fresh. She replied with a rude attitude, saying that they had already prepared my food. I told her that I wasn't going to pay for cold food. She then told me to wait in the loading bay while my food was being prepared. After waiting for 30 minutes, I got out of the car angrily to see where my food was. To my surprise, they had forgotten my order and wiped it off the list. I recommend avoiding this store at all costs.

I visited this restaurant yesterday and went through the drive-thru. After waiting for 10 minutes, I was informed that there was no eftpos available. I suggested to the manager that they should put up a sign to notify customers of this issue. The manager apologized and offered for me to come inside to pay. However, one of the workers named Banoo was rude and unhelpful. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience with her and I have heard similar complaints from friends. The lack of respect and proper customer service training at this establishment is disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience at Hungry Jack's in Australia. I received the wrong order, my burger was cold, and I was charged for a double when I only received a single. I will not be returning.

We go to this hungry Jack location a few times and each trip at least 8 out of 10 they get the order. today I ordered without mayonnaise sauce in my burger and they could not get that right. we even asked the lady if there is no mayonnaise and she assured us that there was no mayonnaise. when we came on the road and pulled out the burger, there was mayo. terrible service and could not simply get right as a burger without sauce?!

I visited these hungry jacks on the 6/1/20 about 17:00 clock I drove in the drive and ordered a double chopper with cheese in a big one. when I approached the window to pay, I asked the girl to make sure that my eating was fresh and. she answers back with a wise attitude that says that “we have already made her eat” and I answer say that I don’t bother me, I will not pay for cold eating! then she tells me I'm waiting in the loading bay while my food is supposed to be prepared. I waited 30 minutes before I came out of the car to see where the devil was my food. just to find out that they have deleted my order from the list, forget all about it! avoid this load to all cost!
