Amazing food and great service! Seriously the best ribs we?ve had in MD. All their sides are homemade and delicious. They were all sold out of the brisket, so I can only assume it?s equally as fantastic as the ribs. So moist, tender, and finger lickinggood. Will definitely be returning!!

While it may not have been the most visually appealing brisket I've encountered, it certainly ranks as the best I've tasted in the DC area. The bark was impressive — a genuine Texas Dalmatian rub. It could have had a bit more smokiness, but that's not really a complaint; it was delicious just the way it was. The brisket platter is incredibly generous, and I experienced the dreaded meat sweats after finishing it, leaving no room for the pulled pork I had ordered. However, it made for some fantastic leftovers!

I ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich, mac and cheese, and hush puppies. The food was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. I definitely plan to come back! Next time, I’ll try the freshly fried Pork Rinds.

This is an excellent family-owned barbecue restaurant. The brisket and ribs are outstanding, but the menu offers much more than just these options. They provide a variety of à la carte items and combo platter meals. The house-made sides range from good to very good. The staff is friendly, and while the space isn't large, it suits the neighborhood well, accommodating both takeout and dine-in customers. I definitely plan to return.
