This donut shop is cool because they offer lots of Filipino pastries. There also donuts and drinks. A good place to grab a pastry.
Delicious Filipino baked goods! I got to try two things I'd never had: bibingka and hopia. They sprinkled a bit of cheese on the bibingka and warmed it up so it was a lovely combination of salty cheese and soft sweet muffin. We tried the ube hopia which had a flaky pastry exterior and a sweet purple yam interior. I also had a chicken empanada a nice combination of savory and sweet. They're pretty small so get two if you're hungry.
When I walked in the store just to look at the product I was question? I stated this was my first time here and I just wanted to see what you were selling . The atmosphere and the shop was unwelcoming the young man stood they're staring and rubbing his hands. This was my first time experience in coming to this business and it will be my last. Food is overpriced like most products in San Francisco however I could pay the price if the service was a little more welcoming and warm thanks for nothing jelly doughnut.
I give this restaurant a 5-star rating for the warm and welcoming customer service as soon as I walked in. The location is fantastic, especially for the Filipino community! There's plenty of free parking with no meters, and Walgreens is in the same plaza, making it very convenient for running errands!
