Chick-fil-a - Dalton

This restaurant is an amazing spot to dine with your family. The food is served hot and delicious, the customer service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is fantastic. The staff makes you feel like you are part of the family.

I cannot praise this restaurant enough. While I was dining with my 2-year-old toddler, the store manager approached our table and asked if we needed anything. He refilled our drinks, which was greatly appreciated as a mom with a young child. The manager was kind and provided service that surpassed most sit-down restaurants. It is evident that they truly value their customers at this establishment.

I want to thank the management staff for going out of their way to make up for what happened on Wednesday. She came to my work to personally apologize and brought biscuits. We have always used your services and will continue to do so. Thank you!

Always clean, they've never messed up my order, the staff is always friendly the food is always delicious!!
