Five of us stopped in here at the restaurant for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The food was delicious and the service from the young staff first class. There's plenty of parking at the rear of the building and a lovely beer garden area. Food drinks: Full Scottish breakfast and coffee was excellent Service: 5 Location: 5

Been a few times over the years and always really impressed, last night however was the opposite. Food is really overpriced, its not a 5 star hotel after all ! £18,50 for a basic fish and chips is ridiculous. Service was poor , not offered any water for our table even tho the couple across from us were . Chef forgot to put a potato croquet on my plate so the waitress brought it out on a tea plate 5 mins later . Didnt get asked how our meal was or offered more drinks when we had emptys sotting infront of us. Place was empty , says alot at 6pm on a Friday night . Won't be back.
