Yumilicious Frozen Yogurt

I was just at this location and I thought the cashier was cute but I didn’t ask for his Instagram if that was u hmu?

Even though they have a large variety of tasty flavors to choose from, I 'm very disappointed with their service. I called and checked online to see if they had something before I stopped by. When I got there they didn 't have it, and acted like they had no knowledge of selling them ever. The attendant didn 't even suggest to help me with my issue, just kept replying NO to anything I asked. . . Low level customer service.

I called 20 minutes before closing time and pulled up 13 minutes before 10:00PM which is the scheduled closing time for this location however they rather clean the store, refuse service 20 minutes before they're supposed to close the store. I just wanted some froyo. Perhaps staffing needs to be chosen more carefully based on the type of customer service that they can provide instead of hiring people who are clearly just here to punch a clock and have no pride in their job. The teenage employees decided to close the store 20 minutes before scheduled closing time in order for them to clean up the store and go home before 10:00PM. No regard for customer service, they were super happy and grinning simply because instead of doing their job they could care less and just got to go home and I still want my froyo. Btw I never waste my time with these reviews but this is insane.

OK, for starters most of the seat covers have holes in them. After spending $10 for one small frozen yogurt, I asked for a cup of water for my child, and I was told by the employee that they “don’t give water “ and that we could purchase bottled water if we wanted some water. To top it off, I went to their restroom only to be horrified by its lack of upkeep! There was no more hand soap in the dispenser and the sink was FILTHY. My daughter loves their yogurt, but I’m not bringing her to this location ever again.
