Grand Hyatt Dfw - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

First of all I'm a Marriott guy. I stayed here because I had an unexpected cancellation and got stranded. That being said this is a beautiful hotel with very professional friendly and welcoming staff.Was very comfortable, maybe even better than the Marriott. The Keurig coffee maker in the room wasn't easy to operate and really nice.I did notice one minor cleaning issue that I won't list specifically. It was very minor. I hope you did to the front desk staff as I checked out and they went out of their way to apologize and offered a credit on a food and beverage bill. This was totally unnecessary but signal to me that they take the quality of their property very seriously. It was appreciated.If I wasn't already titanium with Marriott I might be tempted to switch. Nice job DFW Grand Hyatt.

We stayed here because of the proximity and convenience to DFW airport but the service of the hotel employees was exemplary! We would definitely stay here again- the service and convenience was wonderful.

The view was worth everything. The dinner was more than amazing. World Class. Service from every point of contact was excellent. The hotel was spotless. There was a large conference going on and yet we felt like the hotel was ours personally.

This is my second time staying here in less than a week! I had such a wonderful experience the first time traveling, I had to comeback on my second part of my travel for business. Amoni, who helped me get my room was amazing both times! She knows her stuff! She was absolutely the sole reason why I returned and why I am leaving Hilton (Diamond member) to come full time to Hyatt.Amoni, thank you for making me feel special each and every time I have been your guest. You are professional, courteous, and an all star. You remembered me immediately and made sure I was taken care of.I will be coming back! Thanks Hyatt team!Rooms: I stay in the King delux room and it’s beautiful with amazing upgrades like Balmain soap and body wash.Food drinks: Room service is always on point and fast and delicious!

Luxury hotel at DFW Airport. Service is top notch. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. The staff will try and accommodate your every need while staying at the property. Free terminal garage parking is a nice touch as well.
