Zaxby's - Dallas

I had my first experience at Zaxby’s and the food was delicious! In my opinion, it falls somewhere between Chick-fil-A and Popeyes on the taste scale. The staff was friendly, making it a great spot to grab a chicken sandwich.

This is a fantastic restaurant! While the new employees can make ordering a little tricky at first, patience and understanding go a long way. Once my order was correctly prepared, the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The beverage machine was fully stocked and ready to go. Overall, Zaxby's did not disappoint—keep up the great work!

There was a friendly staff member taking orders tonight who ensured we knew exactly what each item was before we made our choices. She was very pleasant, and despite the chilly atmosphere, it was a wonderful experience.
