フィードバックを提供するI only ordered and paid for my last order in the app to get to the store and get my order without the French toast. I would have liked to know that it was not available because the kids really wanted pancakes and that was the only alternative to Sonic. Otherwise I should have gone somewhere else. So my take is that an order is calculated online against my card, whether the food is actually available in the store.
I went there the other night and a worker named Barca on the reception and nameplate, he was so professional and helped me solve a problem I had with my order. He was fast, professional and a good example of what the restaurant stands for. Great job!
This location is not accommodating to persons of disabilities or special needs. Tried to place an order with a young man of special needs and they refused to take my order because I requested to make two orders. When I attempted to compromise by putting both orders on one ticket they refused service to me. Would not talk to me or take my order. They ignored me for 10 minutes.
The worst sonic. No matter the time of day you can bet you'll be waiting at least 30 minutes. Orders are always wrong and food is always trash.
Some friendly staff here. I came for the breakfast burritos on this occasion and the line for the drive thru was not long. Food prep time wasn't too bad either and the order was correct and hot. Nice sized burritos and tasty. Would definitely recommend this location to others .
