The kind woman at the drive-thru was very quick and polite. They efficiently take your order and provide it to you hot and ready. This isn't our first visit to this location, and it certainly won't be our last!

I highly recommend the Beyond Fried Chicken (Vegan)! It's an excellent way to enjoy the menu with vegan choices. I’m so thrilled that there are finally vegan options available! The crispy tofu and seasoned fries combination tasted fantastic! It was a wonderful experience! (For context, I'm a pescatarian.) However, a note: it was a bit chilly in there due to the air conditioning. Thank you!

Two piece dark w/mashed potatoes, Cole slaw, biscuit and soda. Every thing was good except soda which was flatFood: 4/5

I wish I could give them zero stars. There is always a problem in their drive through service. Either there will be no cheese on the famous bowl order, no spoon, giving me crispy instead of the original chicken I ordered, or something wrong always.

Even though the chicken was hot and fresh, the original recipe no longer exists....it had no flavor.....the mashed potatoes and Cole slaw seemed like they were a week old, with the gravy on the potatoes was dried out and the Cole slaw was just plum dry, which no Cole slaw should be, not to mention lousy customer service
