Jack In The Box - Dallas

I came here in a pinch, my family needed food really bad, I really would have liked some Jack in the box and to be honest I'm never really certain about going to Jack in the box. I have hit or miss experiences, but tonight Brandon was at the drive-thru window and he was phenomenal. He was very patient and very polite. I think he might be like the shift lead guy for the night or something but to be honest with this type of behavior and this level of customer service. This man deserves to be at least assistant manager if not take the store over for himself, I will come back to this store, I buy from Jack in The box five nights out of the week, but I will come back to this store as long as he is working at that drive-thru

This is the best Jack in the Box I've been to in the past 15 years! The customer service was exceptional, and my food arrived promptly and perfectly prepared. I appreciated having the taco sauce on the side. Overall, it’s clear that there’s a fantastic team of people working here.

I usually visit this Jack in the Box every morning, and Patrick at the counter always provides exceptional service. He takes great care of my orders and is incredibly friendly. He always ensures my cup is full, and if I need a refill or anything else, he’s there to help. If I could give him a 10-star rating, I definitely would!

Every visit to this restaurant is consistently enjoyable. The food is made fresh to order and served hot. Thank you all for the excellent service!
