What a wonderful way to ring in the new year! We were able to nab one of the last seatings of the evening, due to a work constraint, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and worked with us to create a memorable visit. It was a double edged sword to hear they were out of several mouth watering dishes by the time we arrived but on the other hand, that is a fantastic sign of a great restaurant with dishes high in demand. It made us choose dishes we might now have otherwise ordered but helped us explore some new phenomenal dishes. (read: 'not possible, melt-in-your-mouth veal cheeks). The staff was apologetic and accommodating due to the changes and brought wines not included in the wine pairing offerings that were delicious and perfect with the veal. The finisher was a beautiful trio of in house made desserts. Again, there remained a solo red velvet macaron so the sweet waitperson augmented perfectly with Two extra caramel chocolate pastries to assuage our disappointment. No need! EVERYTHING was exquisite. We will be back. Oh, yes. We will be back. THANK YOU. Oh, and when my husband left his credit card the sweet waitperson came RUNNING out to catch him. Beautiful place, beautiful food, beautiful people.

What a find! We had the most enjoyable meal from start to finish. True craft cocktails that were creative and delicious. House made pineapple/basil shrub made the Heard Bird one of the best tiki cocktails ever! We transitioned to appetizers and asked our server for help. His recommendations did not disappoint. The pork jowl was SO good we ordered another while still working on the first! The steak tartare was exceptional with the cornbread rounding out the apps. The entrees were equally delicious. The blackened redfish was a beautiful large thick filet cooked to perfection served with flavorful black eyed peas and crispy crumbled cornbread. The pork chop was also cooked perfectly and paired well with the collard greens. The duck confit satisfied our most critical diner, and he enjoyed so much no one else got a taste! The chicken fried steak with corn gravy was comfort food at its best. We closed the evening with one of each desserts after our server recommended the apple butter cake. While the coconut cream pie was excellent, the apple butter cake was exceptional and we could have eaten two of those had we not been so full. Great service, great cocktails, superb food made for a great evening!

Hostess was great wishing my mother a happy birthday. Were sat immediately, on time. Took some time for service to start but water was prompt from a server assistant. Montreal long haul was grand and delicious. The flatbread is a thin pizza literally, this isn't a bad thing. Drinks were prompt and never empty. Great value. Lots of bang for your buck. Please sit inside to view their beautiful open kitchen.

Top favorite spot in Dallas. Staff was very friendly and the food and drinks are made with love. The only feedback would be to clean and clear the table after apps. Your two tops are too small to not be reset for the next meal, other than that FAB!

Everything we ate for brunch was delicious. We got the blue corn pancakes as a side, and the first bite was a party of flavor. Those pan cakes will cause you to do a happy dance! I will be returning soon!
