Chick-fil-a - Dallas

Purpose You don't have your time here please play nothing but a bunch of kids and joking around on the phone, take selfies, cussing on top of each other while I put my order and then give me my order with missing items and lying to me saying there was 't more ice, but when I pulled up to window an employee pours a cup of ice with fudge and when I asked him someone else tried to hide it and just said clean it. O ya and 2 guys outside and 6 employees in the window not 1 Thanks, so I think My Pleasure is a thing of the past!

Everything is perfect about Chick-fil-A other than the customer service could be a little friendlier. The food is always fresh hot and tasty and the lemonade is the best.Food: 5/5

I have to dock them because they shorted me 2 chicken nuggets last time. But the food is always fresh and accurate except for my chicken nuggets.

Im not joking but I waited for 20 minutes to get my sandwich with my salad. I understand that the place is new, but come on 20 minutes for my sandwich.

Worst drive thru ever! An hour wait is not okay. Only reason I'll go back is because of kids otherwise I'd take my business elsewhere.
