Andy's Frozen Custard - Dallas

I love this restaurant so much, I'd marry it if it were legal because their frozen custard is the best thing on the planet.It's so smooth and creamy, it's like a cloud of deliciousness in your mouth. And the flavor options are endless! There's something for everyone. I've tried frozen custard at other places, but it's never quite the same. It's either too icy or too dense. But this restaurant's frozen custard is perfect. It's the Goldilocks of frozen custard: not too hot, not too cold, just right.One time, I ordered a scoop of chocolate frozen custard and a scoop of vanilla frozen custard. And then I mixed the two together. It was like a chocolate-vanilla explosion in my mouth! I was so happy, I could have cried. If you're looking for the best frozen custard in the world, you have to come to this restaurant. It's worth every penny. And every calorie.P.S. If you see a guy sitting at the counter, eating a triple scoop of frozen custard with whipped cream and chocolate sauce, that's me. Don't be afraid to say hi!

Ordered a small Smores concrete from the drive-thru this afternoon at 5:30 and was surprised there was 1.5 of room left from the custard to the top of the cup. I asked if they would mind putting some more custard in to fill up the cup since there was no line behind me and the reply was You ordered a small and you get three scoops. That was three scoops. This review only reflects this one visit. I 'm a long time Andy 's customer and have always been very satisfied. Was taken aback from this employee 's lack of customer service.

I had the texas2step. It was good to the point it didn't make it a 3 minute drive.

The custard is ~okay. Most of the time it's good, but every so often I order something new, like the Cannoli Thunder, and it's simply bad. The customer service is never great; not friendly much and rushed. There's either a drive through, which is entirely too tight, or you can walk up to the window outside. To walk up you have to walk through the cars in the drive through which is annoying for both walking and driving customers. Overall, it's definitely better than somewhere like Dairy Queen or Braum's, but it has its flaws.

Please don't come here or take your kids! They are crooks! The price they advertise is not the price they are charging you! They are deceptive. The ice cream isn't even that great! Super deceptive buisness!
