フィードバックを提供するAfter reading all the reviews people either love or hate the place. This was out first time there. We celebrated my husband's 65th bday. We went for lunch and it surpassed our expectations. The hostesses were very friendly personable. Ashley was our server she was outstanding. The food was 10 stars. Thinking about some of the negative reviews, I can sorta understand, but it really depends on your expectations. Like in Italy, there is NO rush at meal time, you are not rushed to leave nor is someone refilling your drink every five minutes. The ambiance is part of the experience. The food is prepared from scratch, so it does take a little longer for it to arrive, but it is definitely worth it in my option. If you don't order an appetizers the wait may feel a little excessive, but again, it's cooked from scratch, and that takes time. Just FYI, they do not serve complimentary bread, but my husband was given a huge homemade dessert complimentary for his bday. We're were there appx 2 hours, it was a memorable experience some of the best food we have ever eaten and great service. If you are in a hurry, this may not be the best place for you. I definitely recommend.
Just very very sad. We're literally sweating like crazy at a wedding reception here and the management could care less.Beautiful place but we cannot recommend this place because of the unprofessional management and poor service. Dinner service painfully slow. Soup served in bowels. Mug and cups all different sizes, pathetic buy more bowels) What seemed like rationing of wine at a winery no less, stop being so cheap) we only had one refill offered, no water refill ALL NIGHT Dirty dinner dishes remained on the tables throughout the evening and cake and coffee service was NON EXISTENT we had to ask where the cake was and serve ourselves. No coffee at all. Servers struggled all evening because of poor management.Rudely rushed out of the facility by nasty employees who obviously are not happy working there.Don't waste your time and hard earned money here on a warm , not hot day because your family will hate it, and your daughters special day will be ruined.READ THE REVIEWS AND BELIEVE THEM.
This winery WAS our “go to” place whenever we had family visiting in Atlanta. Although it was an almost two hour trip it was always worth it. Two days ago we went with a large group (as always) and the manager of the place offered to sit us in the terrace because they “needed a reservation for more than 8 people” and there was an up charge of $250. The issues were: He never clarified that this was actually a fee and not a minimum consumption charge. We literally, had to beg the server (which was amazing btw) to open the umbrellas for us, because the manager said the umbrellas were $1500 and there was a lot of wind. When the bill came and we tried to ask for a clarification on the $250 charge, the manager said that this was needed to “have the terrace all by ourselves”; which was not ever mentioned to us or requested. We were never offered to sit in another place, even though the tables on the grass could accommodate us easily. Every time we went there before, we were more than 8 people and this was never a problem and no “up charge fee” was mentioned. The manager’s attitude towards us was very unprofessional and anything but friendly.Sadly, we will take our business somewhere else.
We went for the Sunday brunch. The menu was very good and it's all farm to table. My salad with salmon was very good. The French toast looked wonderful as did their grilled cheese and soup. We ate upstairs; the view was exquisite! Very nice day with friends.
WOW … more than beautiful and impressive. We were invited to take our glass of wine with us as we explored the outdoor views and watched the sunset. There are two places to eat. We had the best pizza at the Trattoria. The restaurant in the main estate is very romantic and extensive so we put it on our list for a future special occasion.
