First they send me old pizzas and brownies that they must have run through the many to heat it up. both were not possible. tonight they need to know that I complained when after I had ordered that they showed cooking on the app, then shortly before they were accepted that the app canceled the order! nothing. re a disgrace to Domino?s and should close this load. I will never order from this landfill again.
I order from here in the rule of every weekend and the service is always phenomenal. the order is correct, fresh, hot and very tasty? the drivers are immediately and polite.
If I could give him a zero, I would. They never get the pizzas right and they always burn the thinking crusts. Only yesterday evening we wanted a pizza, so I knew we were risking her, but I ordered a denkkruste with parm sauce, huh, black olive and feta cheese. my man went to get it and when he came home, we realized that it was the wrong pizza, it had our names on it, but it was regular crust, tomato sauce and completely different toppings when we had asked. I let my man go back and get the right one. the kerl in the load was completely unclear, then went on to say that there was no longer a boom and that we had to wait 20 minutes to get the right pizza (without chicken). he asked for his money back and came very angry at home when he was was wasting his time and gas.
I had placed an order for delivery after having surgery earlier that day. The pizza sat at the store for 40 minutes after it was done before I decided to call and check on it. When I spoke to Dawson, he told me the pizza was still at the store and simply said “sorry” without offering any explanation. It felt like I was talking to someone who was indifferent and unbothered by their job. When I asked about the delivery time, he estimated it would take another 20 to 30 minutes. If you're that short-staffed, why not just close the store? Staffing issues happen, but it's unacceptable to make promises you can't keep—especially in this case, where there was no delivery at all. Dawson's approach was completely unprofessional. Ultimately, I had to cancel my order because I wasn't about to eat a pizza that had been sitting around for over an hour. To top it off, he hung up on me in the middle of our conversation after canceling my order. This is not how a manager should behave. If I hadn't just had surgery, I would have picked up the pizza myself, but it was an easy decision to take my business elsewhere.
