T. Xin China Diner - Cypress

The food is wonderful. But they NEVER answer their phone to order food. It's extremely annoying!!

I went to this place to eat for the first time and I did not enjoy any of my food! I waited at least 30 min for fresh food just to drive down the street 3 min away to my house and open up food that wasn’t hot nor fresh! I will not eat here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order for delivery and got an ETA of 20-50 minutes. After an hour, I called the restaurant and was told the driver was on their way. Over 1 1/2 hours of waiting and 2 phone calls my order arrived. They never called or texted to let me know my order was delayed. Not to mention they charged a delivery fee which should have been refunded due to the fact that they did not deliver anywhere near on time. The food was cold and bland. It is the most tasteless food I have ever had. I had to douse it in soy sauce just to give it flavor. I will never order from them again.
