Amazing is the word that comes to mind. The fries are perfection like you don't even need ketchup but it is tasty dipped in the cilantro sauce they give you for your sandwich. The sandwich was EVERYTHING. I got the Texas and I tried my best to finish it in one sitting but couldn't. I highly recommend this food truck. The ladies were also true gems.

Excellent Peruvian Fusion Food! No matter what I order, I am always delighted with my meal. The service is great! Always efficient, happy and polite. 100% recommended, you must try it!
